Shipping, Insurance & Tariffs – Policy

1. Shipping from the UK is charged at a flat rate.
   International shipping includes insurance up to £50.
   For US orders, there are no extra fees to pay on delivery.
2. Extra insurance may be needed for higher-value orders:
   – UK orders over £75
   – International orders over £50
   Extra insurance starts at £2.50 and varies by order value.
3. For US orders, if extra insurance is needed, a tariff fee of 10% of the order value also applies.
4. It is the buyer’s responsibility to decide whether to fully insure their order.
   If a parcel is lost, I can only refund up to the insured amount.
   Any value above the insured amount is at the buyer’s own risk.
5. Please contact me before ordering if you are unsure about shipping, insurance, or tariffs.
   You can use the “tip” box to add extra insurance or tariff fees.
6. If an order is refunded due to the buyer choosing the wrong shipping, insurance, or tariff option, the refund will be reduced by PayPal transaction fees:
   – 2.9% + £0.30 for UK buyers
   – 4.4% + £0.30 for international buyers
7. Payments are processed through PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s buyer protection rules.
