A handmade two-piece outfit for a Meadow BB 18” doll, made from cotton fabric with a floral print and small US flag details.
The cap-sleeve top is fully lined and fastens at the back with sewn-on snaps. The separate pinafore is also lined and has a full skirt that opens fully at the back and closes with snaps. All inner seams are neatly finished.
Two small buttons on the front of the pinafore are added as decorative detail to imitate a traditional closure.
