"Bluebell Garden" — Handmade Smocked Dress for Sasha Doll (16" & 17")
A dress as fresh as a spring morning.
This one-of-a-kind creation is made from Liberty Tana Lawn cotton in crisp white, covered in a beautiful print of wild flowers, bluebells, tiny berries, and trailing stems in shades of cornflower blue, soft periwinkle, lavender, and olive green — a print that captures the delicate beauty of an English garden in early spring.
The bodice features beautiful hand-smocking worked in DMC embroidery threads in clear blue tones, creating a classic geometric pattern that echoes the colours of the fabric perfectly. Short puff sleeves give a sweet, timeless finish.
A beautifully full gathered skirt allows the gorgeous floral print to take centre stage, with the flowers and berries dancing freely across the hem.
Fully lined throughout in white lawn cotton for a beautiful finish inside and out. Opens fully at the back and closes with sew-on snaps.
A little heirloom piece made to be treasured.

Designed and handmade by me in my home sewing studio — smoke-free and pet-free. Your dress will arrive beautifully presented in a box, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to prevent wrinkles.
