A dress as soft and sunny as a summer morning in the garden.
This one-of-a-kind creation is made from a beautiful cotton fabric in a warm French vanilla, scattered with a gorgeous print of pink rosebuds, delicate blossom sprays, and graceful olive-green leaves and trailing stems — a print that captures the gentle, sun-drenched beauty of an English cottage garden in full bloom.
The bodice features beautiful hand-smocking worked in DMC embroidery threads in soft olive green and dusky rose, creating a classic diamond lattice pattern that echoes the natural tones of the fabric perfectly. Short puff sleeves with neat turned-back cuffs give a sweet, timeless finish.
Darts have been added to the back bodice to create a beautifully shaped, tailored fit.
A beautifully full gathered skirt allows the gorgeous floral print to take centre stage, with the rosebuds and blossom trailing softly across the French vanilla ground.
Fully lined throughout in white lawn cotton for a beautiful finish inside and out. Opens fully at the back and closes with sewn-on snaps.
A little heirloom piece made to be treasured.

Designed and handmade by me in my home sewing studio — smoke-free and pet-free. Your dress will arrive beautifully presented in a box, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to prevent wrinkles.
