A sweet handmade outfit for Meadow Moppet dolls (38cm / 15 inch) — a cap-sleeve dress with matching bloomers and socks, trimmed with rows of crochet lace and gathered floral-print ruffles.
The dress has been created from a repurposed girl's skirt, carefully reworked into this little outfit.
The bodice is fully lined for a neat finish.
The skirt is generously full, giving a lovely sweep when the doll is on display.
The dress opens fully at the back and fastens with sewn-on snaps, making dressing and undressing easy.
The outfit is completed with matching bloomers, with an elasticated waist and legs, plus white socks.
*The fabric has been washed (in Ariel detergent with Lenor conditioner — noted in case of any detergent sensitivities). My own home is smoke- and pet-free; however, as the original skirt was not bought new, I cannot fully guarantee its previous home was pet-free. I have inspected it carefully and found no signs of a pet household, but I mention it for complete honesty.
