We reserve the right to cancel any order if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
Important Notice — Shipping, Tariffs & Fees
There have been recent changes to international shipping costs, import tariffs, and PayPal fees that may affect your order. Please read the Shipping, Insurance & Tariffs section below before placing an order to avoid any issues.
Ordering Availability and pricing on all items are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
Please ensure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in working order — all order confirmations are sent to that address. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation.
Please provide your full and correct shipping address. We post to the address provided on your PayPal payment and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
If you would like to reserve an item and pay later, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Payment We accept most major credit and debit cards through PayPal. All payments are taken in British Pounds (GBP) only.
Dispatch & DeliveryWe dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving full payment, excluding UK public holidays.
Approximate delivery times via Royal Mail:
Flat-rate shipping includes insurance up to £50. Additional insurance is available to purchase — please contact us before ordering if you require this.
Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
As all our pieces are individually handmade and one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns simply because an item is no longer wanted or does not fit every doll in your collection.
We will accept returns only in the following circumstances:
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return postage and we strongly recommend purchasing adequate postal insurance to cover the item's value. If the return is the result of our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 days of receiving the returned item.
Privacy Personal information submitted to this site — including delivery address and email address — is used solely for the purpose for which it was provided, or for directly related secondary purposes. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Buyer's ResponsibilityIt is the buyer's responsibility to decide whether to fully insure their order.
If a parcel is lost, we can only refund up to the insured amount. Any value above the insured amount is at the buyer's own risk.

Tariffs & Import DutiesFor US orders, there are currently no additional fees to pay on delivery. For orders to other international destinations, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. PayPal Transaction Fees on RefundsIf an order is refunded because the buyer selected the wrong shipping, insurance, or tariff option, the refund will be reduced by PayPal's transaction fees, which are non-recoverable:
