​              Important Festival Updates

1.Registration and Payment: We appreciate all those who have registered and completed their payments. If you have successfully registered but haven't received a confirmation email or message yet, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your information and send your acknowledgment letter.

2.Remaining Spaces: While we've made great progress in filling up the spots, there are still some spaces available. Remember that the festival's success relies on reaching our required number of attendees, so if you're planning to join us, don't hesitate to secure your spot.

3.Payment Plans: We've received inquiries about payment plans, but as of now, we're unable to offer such arrangements. We understand various preferences exist, but please note that our priority is to ensure fairness to all attendees, especially those who have paid in full.

4.Accommodation: Some of you have raised concerns about shared rooms. Rest assured, we're looking into providing more options and will update you on any developments.

5.Acknowledgment Letters: If you have not received your acknowledgment letter for the payment you made, please check your Facebook messages for the PDF file.
While I prefer to keep official correspondence for the festival recorded in email, I had to send many emails to confirm, and this might have triggered email locks. From today (23.08.23) onwards, all letters will be sent by email.
If you'd like to have another copy of yours through email, simply send a message to sashafestival2024@gmail.com, and I'll respond to that email with the PDF file. Thank you.
