Smocked Dress For Sasha dolls 16" and 17" - 0477-120923-116
Please note that this listing is for the doll dress only. No doll, shoes, or other accessories are included.
This exquisite dress features delicate details like puffed sleeves with cuffs and showcases the art of English smocking. Adorned with beautiful bullion roses, French knots, and small leaves, the intricate embroidery adds charm and sophistication to the dress, making it truly special and unique.
Crafted with meticulous care in my pet-free and smoke-free home sewing studio, this dress is a labour of love. The full opening at the back, secured by sewn-on metal snaps, makes dressing your Sasha doll a breeze.
Made from high-quality cotton fabric, the dress creates a soft and refreshing look. It is fully lined, with the lining attached to the dress on the back sides to allow the pleats to drape gracefully.
The hem of the dress is hand-stitched, while the lining's skirt hem is finished with a machine stitch. Additionally, all seams of the dress are serged for a neat and professional finish.
To ensure your Sasha doll's dress arrives in perfect condition, it will be carefully packaged in a box and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper. This not only protects the dress during shipping but also adds to the excitement of receiving a special package.
Please keep in mind that this dress is one of a kind. Even if I have more of the same fabric, I will use it to create a new and unique design, never duplicating the exact same dress. This makes the dress you are purchasing truly special and exclusive.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to own this exceptional dress for your Sasha doll. Its timeless design, attention to detail, and exquisite embroidery make it a cherished heirloom piece that will delight every collector.

*Crafting these heirloom dresses is a labour of love.
Using a pleater to gather the rows for smocking, taking it slow with the embroidery to ensure a tidy finish, and painstakingly removing threads from the back – that's the game.
Sleeves to the smocking rows?
I machine-stitch them to lock that embroidery thread in place, with triple security. When attaching sleeves and lining, I double down again.
No rushing here, just extra care. Every stitch, every embroidery, every seam, striving for that perfection. 💖
